An introductory forum about various scholarships and missions at the Faculty of Arts

The Graduate Studies and Research Sector at the Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University, organized an introductory forum to clarify how to obtain and apply for scholarships, as well as research projects and their financing, under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Dhia Zain El-Abedeen, President of the University, Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Prof. Hanan Kamel Metwally, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, under the supervision of Prof. Hatem Rabie, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Postgraduate Studies and Research.

Present at the forum: Prof. Reem Al-Kabarti, Director of the University’s Alumni Association, Prof. Tamer Al-Nadi, Director of the Scholarships and Projects Management Office, and Prof. Abdullah Sami, Director of the Visiting Professors Office.

During the forum, the most prominent entities funding projects and the procedures and requirements necessary to apply for research grants and projects were presented. The importance of these opportunities in enhancing scientific research and developing the creative and innovative capabilities of researchers was emphasized.

The meeting was attended by a large attendance by faculty staff and teaching assistants at the Faculty of Arts, who expressed their great happiness at holding this forum.

Prof. Hatem Rabie thanked the platform for the introductory presentation they provided and their encouragement to researchers to benefit from the scholarships offered by various scientific bodies as well as research projects.
