A gold, a silver, and three bronze medals are the harvest of the participation of the Ain Shams University Taekwondo team in the 51st Martyr Al-Rifai tournament

Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zein El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, the Taekwondo team of Ain Shams University participated in the 51st Egyptian Universities Tournament, Shahid Al-Rifai, which was held over three days in the period from the 25th to the 27th of this February at Helwan University with the participation of 248 students. Female students represent 31 public, private, and technological universities.

The results were as follows:

First place and gold medal for Fares Mohamed Mustafa, under 80 kg

Second place and silver medal for Youssef Al-Sayed Hamouda, weight under 80 kg

Third place and bronze medal for Douha Ehab Mohamed weighed over 73 kg

Third place and bronze medal for Sarah Ahmed Fouad, under 49kg

Third place and bronze medal for Muhannad Muhammad Sami, weight under 68 kg
