The inclusion of the Journal of the Center for Papyrus and Inscriptions Studies and the IWNW Journal of the Faculty of Archeology in the EBESCO global database

The Journal of the Center for Papyrus and Inscriptions Studies at Ain Shams University and IWNW Journal, which is published electronically in foreign languages only, were included on the EBSCO platform, under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa, President of the University, Prof. Hossam Tantawi, Dean of the Faculty of Archeology, under the supervision of Prof. Ahmed Al-Shawki, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Archeology for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Hassan Selim, editor-in-chief of Iono Journal, and Dr. Shaima Ahmed, Editorial Director, Director of the Scientific Publishing Unit, and Dr. Iman Naseer, Director of the Center for Papyrus and Inscriptions Studies.

This step comes as part of the measures taken by the Faculty of Archeology to publish the two journals internationally and raise their evaluation and classification, as the EBSCO global database is very popular among researchers all over the world, which will help in using the journal’s content from published research and increasing the number of readers and authors.

It is known that the EBSCO platform provides nearly 400 information and research databases and more than 650,000 thousand e-books via the EBSCOhost platform, in addition to the EBSCO Discovery Service, which provides researchers of all levels with exclusive access to distinguished global content in all fields of knowledge.
