Prof. Mohamed Diaa, President of Ain Shams University, received Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University, Colonel Staff Officer Abu Al-Hassan Abdel Monsef Abu Al-Hassan, Director of the University’s New Military Education Department, after the issuance of the decision issued by Major General Walid Hamid Al-Hamaki, Commander of the Popular and Military Defense Forces, appointing Colonel Staff Officer Abu Al-Hassan Abdel Monsef Abu Al-Hassan as Director of Military Education. Ain Shams University.

With this decision, Prof. Mohamed Diaa, President of the University, and Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, extend his sincere congratulations to the new Director of the Military Education Department, wishing him success in the tasks entrusted to him.

Prof. Mohamed Diaa confirmed the importance of the Military Education Department at the university and the important and effective role it plays in promoting and raising the spirit of loyalty and national belonging among young people within the university through supervising military education courses for students and some other activities that would raise the level of awareness and belonging among students, which includes organizing seminars related to national events and field visits to some military bases, military shrines, and museums, as well as visiting the places where national projects are being implemented within the Egyptian state to introduce students to the efforts made and what the armed forces are doing to serve and protect Egypt’s security and its renaissance.
