The Quality and Accreditation Center at Ain Shams University continues its support for tourism guidance programs at the Faculty of Arts

Sponsored by Prof. Ghada Farouk, Acting President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Hanan Kamel, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, under the supervision of Prof. Muhammad Ibrahim, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Rasha Khafagy, Director of the University’s Quality and Accreditation Center, Dr. Huwaida Abdel Hamid, Director of the Faculty’s Performance Evaluation and Quality Assurance Unit, Dr. Nesreen Amir, Deputy Director of the Unit, Prof. Sheren Sadek, Head of the Tourist Guidance Department, in the presence of Prof. Neven Tolba, the academic coordinator of the programs, the programs’ standards coordinators, and a number of faculty staff and teaching assistants in the programs; A technical support team of quality experts, namely, Prof. Madiha Wassef Muhammad, Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University, “Team Leader”, Prof. Abeer Amin Abdel Wahab, Professor at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, Helwan University, Prof. Sami Muhammad Ragab Mandour, Professor of French Language and Literature, Faculty of Language and Translation, Al-Azhar University, continues its visit to the Faculty of Arts to support tourist guidance programs for the bachelor’s degree. The first visit was conducted on September 14, 2023, and this visit came as a continuation of the previous visit and included examining documents and attachments related to program accreditation standards (11 factor), and a visit to the department library, the college library, the digital library, the measurement and evaluation unit, study halls and an upper amphitheater, in addition to visiting the controls.

         
   
         

These visits reflect the university's Quality Center's keenness to provide technical support for the college's programs, and the keenness of the Faculty of Arts and its leaders to enhance the concept of quality by improving continuous performance and improving and developing the educational environment.
