An Iftar Ceremony for the Center of the Care of People with Special Needs at the Faculty of Graduate Studies for Childhood, with the participation of the Students for Egypt family at the university

In celebration of the holy month of Ramadan, the Faculty of Graduate Studies for Childhood, the Center of the Care of Children with Special Needs, held a " group Iftar Ceremony " on the campus of the Faculty of Graduate Studies for Childhood, under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Prof. Howayda Al-Jabali, Dean of the Graduate School of Childhood Studies, and Prof. Ahmed Al-Kahki, Director of the Center of the Care of Children with Special Needs.

         
   
         

This came in the presence of Eng. Amal Mobdi, President of the Sports Federation, Prof. Manal Omar, head of the psychiatry unit, Prof. Etmad Khalaf Mebad, the professor at the Department of Information and Children's Culture, at the Faculty, and Prof. Hatem Rabih is the leader of the Students for Egypt family, Mr. Tariq Ahmed worked as Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare, and Mrs. Mahitab Magdy, Director of the Department of Families and Student Unions.

The celebration included an Iftar for 1,500 people, gifts were distributed to children from the Students for Egypt family, Ramadan cartons were also distributed, and 250 lanterns were distributed to children from the Tahya Misr Fund. Misr El-Khair also participated in 120 meals, 130 meals from the National Council for Women, 50 meals from the Mahra Association, and the distribution of about 1,000 sweets dishes, through self-efforts.

         
   
         

The Ramadan party included several activities, including face painting, brides, and cartoon lanterns with handicrafts made by children from the Art Therapy Unit and the distribution of gifts to children and their families, with the participation and supervision of Prof. Sameh Awad Allah, Department of Information and Children's Culture at the Faculty, and Prof. Lamis Makkawi, Prof. Reham Sabry, Prof. Reham Faheem, Department of Pediatric Medical Studies, and coordinated by Mr. Hossam Mahdi, Secretary of the Faculty, Mrs. Jihan Issa, Secretary of the Center and Mrs. Nermin Maher, from the Quality Unit, the Office of the Director of the Center, and the Office of the Dean of the Faculty, and Mr. Ahmed Abdel Salam, Head of the Security Unit and Social Activities Team (Fun Team).

The ceremony was attended by a group of faculty staff, faculty’s teaching assistants, specialists, and administrators of the faculty and the center.
