Ain Shams University participated in the COP 27 Climate Summit in Sharm El-Sheikh with several projects. On the sidelines of the university's participation, Prof. Ghada Farouk, the acting Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, gave a speech during the Ain Shams University session at the COP27 Conference.

Dr. Ghada explained that Ain Shams University's efforts to be green is not the end but just the beginning of a long road to achieving one of the university's many important goals. She also stated that the Shams Bee Green project was just a project at the beginning, but it has now become a slogan for Ain Shams University as it has become a road map to overcome all challenges.
