Faculty of Computer and Information sciences, Ain Shams University, announces the required documents for submission and medical examination

Today, new students’ submissions for the academic year 2022/2023 began at the Faculty of Computer and Information sciences‎ at Ain Shams University, according to the announced schedule.

Documents required to apply to the faculty:

* Nomination card.

* A recent original birth certificate + 2 copies of it

* National ID card + 3 copies of it.

* The original high school diploma stamped with the eagle seal + 2 copies of it

* 8 personal photos with the student's name written in quadrant and the national number on the back in a clear handwriting

* A copy of the guardian's national ID card with his phone number written on it

* Form (3,2) of the Modified Jund from the Recruitment Department (for males) only

* Military ID (6 soldiers) or (7 soldiers) stamped by the police department to which the student belongs, born in 2004 or earlier.

* Sports incentive, if any

*Coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination certificate

A date for submitting these documents will be set at a later time.

The student must have a vaccination certificate before performing the medical examination. ?

Vaccinations at the Heart and Chest Academy at Demerdash Hospital from 9 am to 6 pm

* Medical examination for students is done inside the medical center at the Faculty of Science
