Ain Shams University mourns the victims of the Abu Sefein Church incident

The family of Ain Shams University, headed by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President of Graduate Studies and Research, mourns with great sadness and sorrow the victims of the Abu Sefein Church accident, which occurred on Sunday morning in Giza Governorate, which resulted in the death and injury of a number of citizens.

The family of Ain Shams University, including faculty, staff, administrators, workers and students, extends its sincere condolences to His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark, and to the families of the victims, praying to God Almighty to grant the victims his mercy, and the injured to a speedy recovery.
