For the second year in a row, the Faculty of Commerce wins first place in the research competition for financial analysts

Prof. Dr. Khalid Kadri, Dean of the Faculty confirmed that Prof. Dr. Abdel Wahab Ezzat, President of the University has provided all the possibilities to support students in various research activities.

Prof. Dr.  Khalid Kadri, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, Ain Shams University, announced that the students of the Faculty of Commerce for the second year in a row won the first place in the competition held by the International Analysts Association CFA at the level of the Egyptian universities under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hayam Wahba, Professor of Finance and Investment and Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research.

Prof. Dr. Hayam Wahba, Professor of Finance at the Faculty and Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, said that the team won the first place came after the team achieved a great success and praised all the representatives from the CFA Society from abroad and inside the outstanding level of the team after winning first place on all Universities of Egypt for the second year in a row.

The competition was held between 16 universities and ended the qualifiers with the Faculty of Commerce team winning the first place and the Cup of the competition. The team will travel to Switzerland in April to represent Egypt in the competition that will be held among the universities of the world, noting that this competition was prepared during the summer vacation and training and preparation of students Technically, scientifically and professionally for a period of more than 4 months.
