1. Bachelor's Degree Certificate: Applicants must submit the original graduation certificate (or an officially certified statement of successful completion) in a relevant field.

2. Academic Transcript: An official academic record covering all years of study, indicating the courses taken and grades obtained.

Important Note: All certificates issued outside Egypt must be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the applicant's home country and the Egyptian Embassy in that country.

Second: Identification and General Documents

National Identification Card: A copy of the applicant's national ID card issued by their home country.

Third: Additional Requirements for International Students

1. Security Clearance/Embassy Approval: A No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the applicant's embassy in Cairo.

2. Proof of English Language Proficiency: Due to the technical nature of the program, applicants may be required to submit a recognized English language proficiency certificate (such as TOEFL or IELTS) or pass a placement test at the University's Language Center.

3. Medical Certificate: A medical report confirming that the applicant is free from communicable diseases, if attending the program in person.

4. Curriculum Vitae (CV): Applicants are encouraged to submit a CV highlighting their previous experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or programming to strengthen their chances of admission if personal interviews are required.

Fourth: Application Procedures

Applications must be submitted officially through the "Study in Egypt" platform. Applicants are required to create an account and upload the necessary documents in PDF format. They must then await preliminary acceptance, after which they can submit the original hard-copy documents and initiate the payment procedures for the applicable international student fees.
