Applicants must meet the following requirements:
• Hold a Bachelor of Laws from an Egyptian university or an equivalent recognized institution with a minimum overall grade of Good.
• Hold a Digital Transformation Certificate.

Graduate Competencies:
1- Advanced Knowledge and Understanding: Demonstrate advanced knowledge of general theories of Islamic jurisprudence, the principles of Islamic legislation in comparison with civil law systems and other legal traditions, and the philosophy of statutory law in relation to Islamic Sharia.
2- Intellectual Skills: Apply Ijtihad (independent legal reasoning), conduct systematic comparative analysis between the schools of Islamic jurisprudence and civil law systems, and critically evaluate emerging legal issues and contemporary transactions.
3- Professional and Practical Skills: Formulate Sharia-compliant and legally sound solutions to contemporary legal challenges based on the principles of Maslahah (public interest) and the recognized methodologies of Ijtihad.
4- Research and Transferable Skills: Conduct advanced research in Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) and Usul al-Fiqh (principles of Islamic jurisprudence) through active participation in research seminars, scholarly discussions, and oral presentations.
