• Hold a Bachelor of Laws from an Egyptian university or an equivalent recognized institution with a minimum overall grade of Good.

• Hold a Digital Transformation Certificate.

Graduate Competencies:

1. Advanced Knowledge and Understanding: Gain advanced knowledge of general theories of Islamic jurisprudence, the principles of Islamic legislation in comparison with civil law systems and other legal traditions, and the philosophy of statutory legislation in relation to Islamic Sharia.

2. Intellectual Skills: Apply Ijtihad (independent legal reasoning), conduct systematic comparisons between the schools of Islamic jurisprudence and civil law systems, and critically analyze emerging legal issues and contemporary transactions.

3. Professional and Practical Skills: Develop Sharia-compliant and legally sound solutions to contemporary legal challenges based on the principles of Maslahah (public interest) and the established methodologies of Ijtihad.

4. Research and Transferable Skills: Produce advanced scholarly research in Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) and Usul al-Fiqh (principles of Islamic jurisprudence) through active engagement in research seminars, scholarly discussions, and oral presentations.
