1- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from an Egyptian university or an equivalent qualification with a minimum overall grade of Good.
2- Digital Transaformtion Certificate.

30 credit hours.
Graduate Competencies:
1- Advanced Knowledge and Understanding: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of general legal theories, the principles of Islamic legislation in comparison with civil law systems and other legal traditions, and the philosophy of modern legislation in relation to Islamic Sharia.
2- Intellectual Skills: Apply legal reasoning and analytical thinking to compare Islamic schools of jurisprudence with civil law systems and critically analyze emerging legal issues and contemporary transactions.
3- Professional and Practical Skills: Develop sound legal and Sharia-based solutions to contemporary challenges by applying the principles of public interest and the recognized methodologies of legal reasoning.
4- Research and Transferable Skills: Conduct advanced academic research in jurisprudence and legal principles, while strengthening research, presentation, and discussion skills through active participation in seminars and scholarly debates.
