• Admission for the Fall semester is open from mid-July to mid-August.

• Admission for the Spring semester is open from mid-December to mid-January.

• Independently conceptualizing, planning, and executing original and significant research projects in Computer and Systems Engineering.

• Establishing research agendas, defining research questions, identifying methodologies, and skillfully integrating qualitative and quantitative approaches for comprehensive analysis of computer systems.

• Applying advanced research methodologies proficiently, including experimental design, data collection, statistical analysis, and computational modeling; while gaining peer and expert recognition in the field of Computer and Systems Engineering for the significance and impact of research contributions.

• Developing and applying new research techniques and methodologies to address complex problems in Computer and Systems Engineering; and demonstrating the ability to make significant and original contributions to the body of knowledge in the field.

• Critically evaluating existing theories, methodologies, and models in Computer and Systems Engineering; and innovating and proposing new solutions, theories, or methods to address fundamental challenges in the field.
