Doctorate Degree in Periodontology
2026-07-09Admission Requirements:
- • The applicant must hold a Master’s degree in the same field of specialization from a recognized university or an equivalent degree approved by the Supreme Council of Universities.
- • Approval from the applicant’s workplace for enrollment in the PhD program and granting the required study leave.
- • Submission of an application containing all required documents addressed to the Dean of the Faculty during the specified application period.
- • For international students, the regulations and procedures applied by the university’s International Students Administration shall be followed.
- • The applicant must conduct academic and applied research through a scientific thesis that provides a new scientific contribution equivalent to 30 credit hours.

From January to May every year
Program Duration:
Four basic academic years, in addition to two extension years.
Total Credit Hours:
70 credit hours (40 instructional hours + 30 thesis hours)

The program focuses on advanced scientific research and critical analysis of available scientific evidence, enabling students to contribute to original research in the field of periodontology and enhance academic and clinical practices.
