Admission Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from an Egyptian university or an equivalent qualification with at least a “Good” grade.

The diploma serves as a qualifying postgraduate program for admission to the Master’s Degree in Arbitration and provides specialized academic and professional preparation in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution through the collaborative framework between the Egyptian State Lawsuits Authority and the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University.
