Graduate Competencies
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be able to:
•Understand the fundamentals of energy systems related to power generation, transmission, distribution, and consumption across various sectors, as well as the capabilities and limitations of renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, hydropower, geothermal energy, and biomass.
•Demonstrate a solid understanding of sustainability principles, including energy efficiency, resource conservation, and environmental impact assessment.
•Integrate renewable energy technologies into existing energy systems and infrastructure while considering technical, economic, and regulatory factors. Graduates will also be able to analyze complex energy-related challenges, identify feasible solutions, and make evidence-based decisions.
•Conduct innovative research, evaluate emerging technologies, and develop creative solutions that support the advancement and implementation of renewable energy systems.
•Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences through professional written and oral presentations.
