Master of Prosthodontics (Clinical Track) for International Students

Admission Requirements

1. *Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Oral and Dental Medicine and Surgery* from Egypt or an equivalent recognized qualification.

2. *Have completed the one-year internship* or have acquired professional practice and training experience in medical centers or government hospitals.

3. *Hold a minimum overall grade of Good* in the bachelor’s degree, or *Pass*, provided that the applicant has obtained a Postgraduate Diploma.

4. *Submit all required documents* addressed to the Dean of the Faculty within the application period specified in the Faculty’s regulations.

5. *Comply with the regulations and rules* governing international students as set forth by the University’s International Students Administration.


Target Group: Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Dentistry from Egyptian universities or equivalent degrees recognized by the Supreme Council of Universities

Program Duration: Clinical Track: 2 standard years + up to 2 extension years

Application Period: During the months of February and March of each year

Credit Hours: Clinical track: 50 coursework credit hours only


Program Advantages:

1-The program provides advanced training in removable prosthodontics within specialized and multidisciplinary clinical environments, enhancing graduates’ professional competence to an advanced level.

2-t focuses on the rehabilitation of patients with complex clinical conditions that require expertise beyond the scope of undergraduate dental training.

3-Students gain proficiency in the design and fabrication of removable prostheses for partially and completely edentulous patients, including those with oral and maxillofacial defects.

4-Training within multidisciplinary clinical settings broadens professional practice opportunities and strengthens the ability to manage complex cases through a comprehensive treatment approach.

5-The program addresses the growing demand for specialists in the rehabilitation of edentulous patients and individuals with oral and maxillofacial defects.


Graduate Competencies

•The program prepares graduates to provide advanced care in removable prosthodontics within specialized and multidisciplinary clinical settings.

•Graduates will develop expertise in advanced removable prosthodontic treatment and the rehabilitation of patients with complex clinical needs. They will be capable of designing and fabricating removable prostheses for partially and completely edentulous patients, including those presenting with oral and maxillofacial defects.
