Ain Shams University Congratulates Dr. Hatem El-Abd on His Appointment as Secretary-General of the National Council for Human Rights
Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University; Prof. Amany Osama Kamel, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research; and Prof. Rami Maher Ghali, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, extended their heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Hatem El-Abd, Director of the University's Middle East Research and Future Studies Center, on his appointment as Secretary-General of the National Council for Human Rights.
