Ain Shams University’s Faculty of Agriculture Celebrates the Graduation of Biotechnology, Quality Management, and Organic Agriculture Program Students
The Faculty of Agriculture at Ain Shams University celebrated the graduation of students from the Biotechnology, Quality Management, and Organic Agriculture programs in a festive atmosphere filled with pride in the graduates’ achievements. The ceremony was attended by a distinguished group of university and faculty leaders, faculty members, teaching assistants, and the graduates’ families.
The ceremony was held under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University; Prof. Rami Maher Ghali, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Walaa Mohamed Abdel Ghany, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture; Prof. Ahmed Abu El-Yazid, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Mona Zayed, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Prof. Manal Mubarak, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Faisal Bayoumi, Director of New Programs; and Prof. Reem El-Kabarity, Director of the Alumni Association Department.
The ceremony was also attended by Dr. Mostafa Shaheen, Deputy Director of New Programs; Dr. Zeinab Hendy, Coordinator of the Faculty’s Alumni Association; as well as faculty members, students, and parents.

Prof. Walaa Mohamed Abdel Ghany, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture at Ain Shams University, expressed his pleasure at participating in the celebration of the faculty’s graduates, emphasizing that the occasion marked the culmination of years of hard work and dedication and the beginning of a new chapter in which graduates bear the responsibility of applying the knowledge and skills they have acquired in service of their community and country.
He highlighted the Faculty of Agriculture’s commitment to continuously developing its academic programs in line with labor market requirements and scientific and technological advances, while preparing graduates capable of competing, innovating, contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals, strengthening food security, and supporting the state’s efforts in agriculture, food production, and modern technologies.
Concluding his remarks, he extended his appreciation to the leadership of Ain Shams University, faculty members, teaching assistants, and the faculty’s staff for their support, dedication, and efforts throughout the students’ years of study. He also paid special tribute to the graduates’ parents and families, stressing that they were true partners in this achievement and that their support and encouragement played a significant role in helping their children reach this milestone. Addressing the graduates, he emphasized that graduation is not the end of the journey, but rather the beginning of a new chapter of work and contribution. He encouraged them to make knowledge the foundation of their careers, embrace continuous development as an enduring approach, and pursue excellence as a constant goal, while serving as outstanding ambassadors for the Faculty of Agriculture and Ain Shams University. He wished them a future filled with success and a rewarding professional and academic journey through which they can contribute to the service and advancement of their country.
The ceremony featured a variety of celebratory activities reflecting the graduates’ joy on this special occasion. Students and graduates were honored and presented with their graduation certificates, while commemorative photographs were taken with Faculty leaders, faculty members, and their families amid an atmosphere of joy and pride marking the beginning of a new chapter in their academic and professional lives.
