As part of the Innovation and Training Sector at Ain Shams University’s commitment to supporting students and preparing them for labor market requirements, the Sector’s diverse training activities and programs continue to combine specialized knowledge, practical application, and direct interaction with professionals and experts from various fields.

Recently, the Sector organized a range of events and training programs covering diverse areas, most notably:

• “Digital Transformation in the Workplace” Program, in cooperation with Reyada, where the first week featured online and in-person sessions covering business fundamentals, Business Process Analysis, customer experience, and CRM systems, paving the way for students to apply the skills they acquired through practical projects simulating real-world work environments.

• “Artificial Intelligence in Engineering” Session, which explored the latest applications of artificial intelligence in engineering and industrial fields and its impact on work methods, problem-solving, and decision-making. The session also addressed the skills engineers need to keep pace with technological developments, while providing students with an opportunity to interact with specialists and benefit from their practical expertise.

• “Foundations and Determinants of Egyptian National Security” Training Program, organized by the Training and Development Center in cooperation with the Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies. The second day of the program featured an online lecture addressing the concept of national security, its development and various dimensions, human security, major internal and external threats and mechanisms for addressing them, as well as the role of state institutions and comprehensive national power in supporting Egyptian national security.

The Second Cohort of the Banque Misr Camp, whose opening sessions were launched amid strong engagement and enthusiasm from participants. The training focuses on developing financial awareness, enhancing skills, and supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, contributing to preparing students for a more career-ready future.

These activities reflect the diversity of fields addressed by the Innovation and Training Sector at Ain Shams University and its ongoing commitment to providing educational and training opportunities that keep pace with future needs while supporting the development of a generation equipped with knowledge, skills, and the ability to innovate and adapt to changes in the labor market.
