Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Rami Maher Ghali, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the General Administration of Education and Student Affairs announces the launch of the Electronic Transfer Platform to receive transfer applications to the faculties of Ain Shams University for the 2026/2027 academic year, from Saturday, August 15, 2026, to Thursday, September 17, 2026.

The launch of the platform comes as part of Ain Shams University’s digital transformation strategy and its efforts to enhance student services, providing an integrated electronic experience that enables students to complete application procedures easily, quickly, and transparently, without the need for in-person attendance.

The platform’s services cover all student categories, including:

• Students in higher academic years.

• Holders of the General Secondary Education Certificate or equivalent qualifications from previous years.

• Students seeking admission to Credit Hour Programs.

• Students with disabilities across different categories.

• Students who have been dismissed from other institutions.

• Students who have passed diploma and technical institute examinations and have been nominated for admission to Ain Shams University.

• Other categories in accordance with the rules governing transfers and admission.

Smart Assistant for Coordination and Transfers

As a new step toward supporting students and providing a more advanced digital experience, Ain Shams University offers the Smart Assistant for Coordination and Transfers, which operates around the clock to answer students’ and parents’ inquiries and help them learn about:

• Transfer requirements for each faculty.

• Admission rules for different student categories.

• Academic programs and Credit Hour Programs.

• Electronic application procedures and fee payment.

• Application follow-up and answers to frequently asked questions.

This initiative reflects the University’s efforts to leverage artificial intelligence technologies to provide more efficient, faster, and more accurate student services.

Contact hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on official working days (Sunday to Thursday). If the lines are busy, students can send a message via WhatsApp and will receive a response as soon as possible.

Important Notice

Ain Shams University emphasizes that all transfer procedures must be completed exclusively through the Electronic Transfer Platform, and that service fees must be paid electronically using the payment code issued by the platform.

The University also urges all students and parents not to deal with any unofficial individuals or entities claiming to facilitate transfer procedures. Students should rely solely on the electronic platform, the Smart Assistant, and the University’s official communication channels.
