Ain Shams University successfully concludes its "Training of Trainers (TOT)" program
Ain Shams University successfully concluded the "Training of Trainers (TOT)" program, dedicated to preparing and qualifying an elite group of university staff. The program was organized and implemented by the Innovation and Training Sector, under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, and under the supervision and implementation of Prof. Nevin Assem, CEO of the Innovation Sector. This was within the framework of the activities of the pioneering STEP UP project for complementary tracks, which aims to develop skills and qualify students and graduates in accordance with the requirements of the labor market.

Dr. Nevin Assem Ali confirmed that the program witnessed, over several days of intensive training, a remarkable interaction from the participants, who had a rich experience that combined theoretical knowledge and practical application, exchanged experiences, and acquired the latest training strategies, effective teaching methods, and leadership and communication skills, which qualifies them to transfer their experiences efficiently and contribute to preparing a new generation of students and graduates capable of competing and excelling.

She added that the program embodies the vision of the STEP UP project, which focuses on integrating academic education with labor market needs by preparing qualified personnel with modern skills capable of making a positive and sustainable impact in various work environments.
She also explained that Ain Shams University is following the same path in offering high-quality training initiatives that support capacity building and keep pace with future demands.
