The program is part of the launch of complementary tracks that align with European frameworks for micro-certifications. It aims to develop academic staff capable of designing and delivering high-quality training content according to international standards, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of educational programs and achieving practical learning outcomes that meet labor market needs.

Participants in the program include a select group of faculty staff and teaching assistants nominated from the faculties involved in the complementary tracks: Computer and Information Sciences, Business, Law, Mass Communication, Education, and Arts. These nominees successfully passed personal interviews, paving the way for their training as certified trainers within the micro-certification system.

The program will be held from July 14 to 19, 2026, in collaboration with the International Board of Certified Trainers (IBCT). This initiative reflects Ain Shams University's commitment to adopting the latest global educational systems and fostering integration between academic education and labor market demands, thereby contributing to the development of graduates equipped with the skills and competencies necessary for the future.
