As part of strengthening the spirit of national unity and exchanging greetings on religious occasions, His Grace Anba Ermia, General Bishop and President of the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center, paid a congratulatory visit to Ain Shams University on Eid Al-Adha.
At the university campus, Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, received His Grace Anba Ermia and the accompanying delegation, in the presence of Professor Amani Osama Kamel, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and Professor Ramy Maher Ghali, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, in an atmosphere marked by sincere affection and brotherhood among the people of one nation.

The visit came as a genuine expression of the values of tolerance, citizenship, and national solidarity among Egyptians, and as an affirmation of the deep relationship between the Coptic Orthodox Church and Egypt’s national and academic institutions.
During the visit, His Grace Anba Ermia expressed his great joy at the occasion, stating that exchanging holiday greetings among fellow citizens is a humanitarian and national duty before being a social tradition.
