In an atmosphere filled with joy and happiness as Eid al-Adha approaches, the Faculty of Business at Ain Shams University organized a social solidarity event, the "Market of Goodness," on Sunday, May 10, 2026.

This initiative, held under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Farid Moharram El Garhy, Dean of the Faculty of Business, embodies the highest ideals of solidarity, allowing everyone to share in the joy of welcoming the Eid.

The launch of this humanitarian event underscored the faculty's commitment to promoting compassion and extending a helping hand to the most vulnerable members of the university community, enabling them to celebrate the holiday with joy and happiness. The timing of this blessed event, just before Eid al-Adha, reflects the faculty's ongoing dedication to this cause.

The market featured thousands of diverse items of clothing, handicrafts, and other necessities, generously donated by benefactors, serving as gifts that brought smiles to the faces of the recipients and eased their burdens during these blessed days.

This initiative embodies the faculty's mission to bring joy to families and support those in need. All symbolic proceeds will be used to pay the tuition fees of struggling students, easing the financial burden on their families as they prepare for Eid al-Adha.

The event was organized under the supervision of Prof. Mohamed Morsi Khodair, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Hanan Hussein, Director of the Unit for Supporting Students with Special Needs, ensuring its success and reflecting the faculty's prestigious reputation.

Hearts also raced in the field of giving with the inspiring and active participation of the “My Hands Speak” initiative, the producers of the Disability Challengers Association, and the “Infinity” student family, with the support of the faculty employees, who all stood together in one front to serve the university community and gain the reward of bringing joy to the hearts of others.
