Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President of Ain Shams University of Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, the university organized a workshop to enhance the efficiency and capabilities of faculty staff and researchers in the field of writing scientific research in all disciplines, in cooperation with the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, represented by Dr. Ola Lawrence, consultant of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and Dr. Mohamed Raed Research intelligence consultant in Africa, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ragaa, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Montaser, Vice Dean of Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Amani Suleiman, Vice Dean of Community Service and Environmental Development, and a number of faculty staff and the assistants teaching at the Faculty of Science via video conference technology.
Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh confirmed that the university provides all facilities for faculty staff and researchers to enhance their capabilities in the field of scientific research, writing research and publishing it in international journals through various workshops, in addition to supporting laboratories with advanced equipment and capabilities to enrich scientific research in various scientific disciplines.
Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ragaa, Dean of the Faculty, added that the workshop aims to raise the university’s ranking globally, by developing the skills of faculty staff in writing research and publishing it in international journals.
While Dr. Ola Lawrence, a consultant to the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, confirmed that Egyptian universities entered the international rankings strongly, and rose from 3 universities to become 22 universities so far at the level of the Republic.
She also indicated that the workshop sheds light on the services which are provided by the Egyptian Knowledge Bank by helping to raise the level of scientific research by issuing new scientific journals to match international standards, in addition to assisting researchers in editing scientific articles before publishing them in international
