Registration and Examinations Procedures

Determining the procedures to be followed when training the teaching assistants and teaching assistants in the faculties of the university and its institutes, assigning the faculty members to teach for the postgraduate stage (diploma-masters and doctoral degrees) and preparing the decisions of the university president to grant scientific degrees, setting dates for postgraduate examinations and preparing for the annual ceremony of honored firsts of graduate studies on Knowledge Festival and preparation of statistical data on the work of the administration.

Definitions
Specialized courses:
They are training courses for demonstrators and assistant teachers according to their specializations and needs, and they are entitled to attend one session annually that has a relationship with his specialization.

English Language Proficiency Placement Courses:
They are courses for demonstrators and assistant teachers that enable them to pass the examination to determine the level of English language proficiency, and they are entitled to attend this session at the university's expense only once.

Expense Recovery:
It is a refund of the expenses of the international TOEFL exam or its equivalent from the exams required before travel and a refund of the expenses of the ICDL exam for candidates only on scholarships or scholarships.

Assignments of faculty members:
It is the assignment of professors and assistant professors to teach for the postgraduate stage.
