Any harm or transgression will result in investigation and action as per Institutional Review Board.

Certificate Issuance Policy

Certificates  of completion are issued only to participants who meet the attendance and course requirements as specified per course, and as verified by official sign-in sheets and Course Lead Faculty.

Life-Long Learner

Learning is an  ongoing journey…

We are still working on the full-integration of enhancing your experience via UMS and creating individual learner profiles at ASU-CE. When available, this will facilitate registration and enable you to receive your Continuing Dental Education track record at ASU-CE with course transcripts.

Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of course fees.

Discounts or early bird rates, when applicable, will be listed by course upon registration. Please make sure to inquire about discounts and to provide proof of your status during registration.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

With all methods of payment, we cannot issue cash or immediate refunds. A written request is submitted with your full details submitted at CE-Office. From there, it is processed and takes a minimum time to complete refund of 21 working days. Refunds are made to same accounts used for payment.

ASU-CE reserves the right to cancel any course with full refund. This does not apply in case of change or shifting course dates. Generally, refunds require ample processing time.

In case of participant absenteeism, tardiness or violation of protocol, NO refund is allowed.

In case of participant cancellation, deductions are applied. It is advised to inquire prior to payment on latest updated refund policy, as full refunds only exist when applied for 45 days prior to first program session/start date.
