Scientific qualification management procedures

Implementation of the controls for dispatching operations on study leave (to obtain a scientific degree / to collect scientific material/training), as well as in joint supervision missions (opening a scientific channel), internal missions and external missions, as well as in scientific missions abroad

Field of application

Gentlemen, members of the faculty staff, and their assistants (teacher/assistant teacher/teacher/assistant professor/professor) in all faculties and institutes of the university.

Achievements of the Scientific Rehabilitation Department in the period from 1/11/2020 to 31/12/2021

First: Study vacations

A total of 135 memorandums related to the travel of teaching assistants on study vacations, whether (training – to collect scientific material – to obtain a master’s degree – to obtain a doctorate)

A number of 241 memorandums related to extending study leave of various kinds were presented to teaching assistants

A number of 98 memorandums related to the termination of an academic leave of all kinds were presented to teaching assistants

A number of 21 memorandums were presented to claim teaching assistants and their guarantors for expenses due to their failure to return from the place of their academic vacations and the failure to serve the sending entity for the legally prescribed period.

A number of 10 memorandums were presented regarding the cancellation of the request of teaching assistants and their guarantors to refund the expenses due to the fact that they had paid the amounts owed by them.

10 memorandums of apology of some teaching assistants for their academic leave were presented

A number of 375 executive orders were issued for academic leave teaching assistants

Second: Foreign missions

A number of 24 memorandums related to the travel of teaching assistants in foreign missions to obtain a doctorate from abroad were presented

8 memorandums related to the extension of the external mission to teaching assistants were presented

4 memorandums related to the termination of the external scholarship for teaching assistants were presented

1 memorandum of apology for an external mission was presented to one of the teaching assistants

Third: Joint supervision missions

A number of 11 memorandums related to the travel of teaching assistants in joint supervision missions were presented

5 memorandums related to extending the joint supervision mission to teaching assistants were presented

6 memorandums related to the termination of the joint supervision mission for teaching assistants were presented

Fourth: Scientific missions

A number of 67 memorandums related to the travel of the faculty staff on scientific missions were presented

A number of 35 memorandums related to the extension of the scientific mission were presented to the faculty staff

A number of 12 memorandums related to the termination of the scientific mission were presented to the faculty staff

9 memorandums of apology for the scientific mission of the faculty staff were presented

94 executive orders related to the scientific missions of the faculty staff have been issued

Fifth: Scholarships

Procedures have been taken to announce 8 scholarships offered to the university from various parties

A statement has been made of the faculty staff and their assistants who are currently dispatched abroad, whether on study vacations, external missions, joint supervision missions, or scientific missions, and it is updated continuously.

49 memorandums related to the travel of the faculty staff and their assistants on study vacations, whether (training - to collect scientific material - to obtain a master's degree - to obtain a doctorate) or scientific missions

A number of 100 memorandums were presented for extending study leaves of various kinds to teaching assistants, as well as extending scientific missions to the faculty staff.

A number of 37 memorandums regarding the termination of academic leaves of various types and scientific missions were presented to the faculty staff and their assistants

A number of 11 memorandums were presented to claim teaching assistants and their guarantors for expenses

Because they did not return from the place of their study vacations and did not serve the sending party for the legally prescribed period.

A number of 40 memorandums were presented to cancel a claim or refer the matter to the affairs of the faculty staff to terminate the service of some teaching assistants due to their failure to return from the place of their academic vacations and not to serve the sending party for the legally prescribed period, or with the apology of some teaching assistants for their study leave

A number of 163 executive orders were issued for academic leave for teaching assistants, and 49 executive orders were issued for academic assignments.

All faculties have been notified of 5 scholarships offered to the university from different parties

5 students from the Faculty of Al-Alsun were nominated to attend a training program in Austria provided by the Central Administration for Missions

1 was nominated for a grant from the State of Hungary (Temps Authority) to obtain a Ph.D

A statement has been updated for the faculty staff and their assistants who are currently dispatched abroad, whether on study vacations, external missions, joint supervision missions, or scientific missions.
