Graduation Certificate Verification (Data Audit and Verification Department)

The Audit and Data Verification Department at the General Administration of Student Affairs reviews the graduation certificates of all faculties of Ain Shams University submitted by requesting parties, whether these parties are inside or outside Egypt. After the review, the department responds to these parties. All communication is conducted via the official email of the General Administration of Student Affairs: student_affairs@asu.edu.eg

Procedures for Inquiring About the Authenticity of Certificates:

1- Cultural Attachés at Embassies:

Verification requests can be submitted via email or by visiting the General Administration of Student Affairs in person. The cultural attaché determines the representative who will handle the request through an official authorization.

2- Governmental and Private Entities:

Submit an official letter addressed to the General Administration of Student Affairs, accompanied by copies of the certificates to be verified. Additionally, provide either an authorization from the entity to the designated representative, or a signed authorization from the graduate to complete the procedures, in addition to Proof of identity of the graduate must also be submitted (National ID – Birth Certificate – Passport).

3- Verification Companies:

Submit a valid commercial license for verification purposes, along with an official letter addressed to the General Administration of Student Affairs, including copies of the certificates to be verified. In addition, provide either an authorization from the company to the designated representative, or a signed authorization from the graduate to complete the procedures, in addition to proof of identity of the graduate must also be provided (National ID – Birth Certificate – Passport).
