I am a PhD candidate in Dental Biomaterials at the Faculty of Dentistry, Ain Shams University, with a dedicated focus on the development and evaluation of advanced restorative materials and minimally invasive techniques. My research aims to bridge scientific innovation with clinical applicability, particularly in the management of white spot lesions and enamel esthetics. I have conducted in vitro studies exploring the effects of resin infiltration and bleaching on enamel properties. My first publication in the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics (2021) investigated color changes in demineralized enamel following treatment. This work was followed by a 2022 study published in Brazilian Dental Science, where I examined the impact of these interventions on enamel surface roughness and microhardness. In addition to my research, I serve as a teaching assistant at Ain Shams University and currently hold the position of Head of the International Students’ Affairs Office at the Faculty of Dentistry. My academic role involves both teaching and administrative responsibilities, with an emphasis on fostering inclusive learning environments and supporting student success. I am committed to advancing the field of dental biomaterials through evidence-based research, international collaboration, and continuous academic development. |
