The Faculty of Dentistry organized a seminar on how to rationalize consumption of water, energy, and waste during administrative work, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Karim El-Batouti, Dean of the Faculty, and coordination by Prof. Dr. Walaa Hamed, the Faculty's Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.
The seminar hosted Dr. Ahmed El-Awady, Director of the University's Center of Excellence for Sustainability, who spoke about how to rationalize consumption of water, energy, and waste during administrative tasks. He also touched upon climate changes, their causes, and global warming with its causes, which requires everyone to rationalize their consumption of energy, water, and waste.
The seminar is part of a series of seminars presented by the Center of Excellence for Sustainability to faculty staff within a plan for awareness and capacity building for the university's administrative staff.
