The activities of the second training program “University Administration and Diplomatic Leadership for Faculty Members at Ain Shams University were concluded, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, Prof. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research. The training program organized by the Center aims Training and development at Ain Shams University (TDC) at Ain Shams University to provide faculty members with a set of leadership skills such as: "strategic planning", "development of leadership and executive skills", "diplomatic leadership", and to identify the financial aspects and develop self-resources (general budget). Tenders and bids), digital transformation and the use of electronic platforms, legal aspects of university business.

The activities were with the participation of a distinguished group of professors and trainers, including:

Prof. Dr. Nouran Al-Ghandour, a full-time professor of internal medicine, endocrinology and diabetes at the Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, and a consultant for human resources development and the quality of health care services.

Prof. Dr. Tarek Hammad, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administration, 6th of October University, and former Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, Ain Shams University.

Prof. Dr. Mona Abdel Aal, Professor of Public Health, Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, and Director of the Education Development Department at the university.

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Safi Youssef, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs.
