It has the following functions:
Preparing the draft research budget in light of the proposals of the faculty councils regarding their research projects with specific objectives for community service and environmental development.
Follow-up collection of the receivable to the research fund and review the relevant data.
Supervising the financial works of the research.
Review the procedures for settling the amounts spent on research.
Keep the necessary records for the Research Account Fund.
Preparing the final account of the commercial research account fund.
Follow-up and monitoring of works related to community service and environment development, and ensure that they are completed in time, or to inform the presidents of any possible visas and their causes.
Lay the foundations for following up and evaluating training programs.
Follow up the implementation of the training programs plans.
To determine the merits of evaluating the training programs and evaluating the students in each training program for community service and environmental development.
Develop a plan for the distribution of grants and training incentives, with equal opportunities and justice for the trainees.
