Unit Objectives:

Contributing to providing services to the university within the unit's scope of work.

Providing services to external parties, whether governmental bodies, the public or private sectors, or individuals, within the unit's scope of work.

Practical application of production and industrial engineering applications within production engineering workshops and laboratories with the aim of scientifically contributing to raising the level of practical applications in the fields and branches of production engineering.

Unit Activities:

First: Implementing numerous production operations for numerous government agencies, such as:

Manufacturing various wooden furniture items, including exam tables, chairs, libraries, and the like, for the Faculty of Agriculture, bulletin boards, and lecture halls for the Faculty of Business at Ain Shams University; cabinets for the University's Engineering Administration; furnishing complete wooden furniture for the Central Library of the Faculty of Girls at Ain Shams University; cabinets for storing slides and student cabinets for the Faculty of Dentistry at Ain Shams University and the Faculty of Arts at Ain Shams University; complaint boxes for the Faculty of Pharmacy at Ain Shams University; libraries, laboratory tables, and computers for special units and laboratories at the Faculty of Engineering at Ain Shams University.

Implementing numerous production operations for numerous non-governmental agencies:

Faculty members, support staff, and employees at the college and university.

The Egyptian Society (EGYCOM).

ABM Company.

The Egyptian International Company for Trade and Agencies - Kia Motors.

MSA University in 6th of October City.

The Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Second, various tasks:

Measuring cutting forces on a lathe machine in the machining lab - for researchers at Menoufia University.

Implementing numerous study projects and student activities for university students at a nominal cost in mechanical or carpentry workshops.

Participating in implementing some student activities, such as IDT.
