Mechanisms for Training Academic and Administrative Leadership

  1. Identifying training needs through a training needs assessment survey for academic and administrative leaders.

  2. Reviewing the available training programs offered by the university’s training entities.

  3. Developing a training plan that includes the programs available at the Faculty Training Unit and the University’s Faculty and Leadership Development Center (FLDC).

  4. Conducting a performance evaluation survey for leadership, distributed to all target groups, and providing confidential feedback to the Dean in the form of a report summarizing the survey results and training outcomes.
