Academic advising supports students in planning, progressing through, and successfully completing their academic programs. It guides students in understanding degree requirements, making informed courses and career choices, and developing academic skills.
Services
- Consulting with students to advise on courses selection, appropriateness and academic value.
- Serving as a link between students, faculty staff, and administration to address concerns or conflicts that arose during the study course.
- Developing strong relationships with students, providing mentorship and fostering personal growth.
- Answering student inquiries and resolving problems related to curriculum and course prerequisites.
- Providing support and guidance to students experiencing academic and personal troubles.
- Making a customized plan for each student according to his needs, hours and GPA.
