Under the patronage of Ain Shams University and sponsored and hosted by the zafaran Museum at Ain Shams University, and within the framework of the educational and cultural mission of university educational museums and the working environment, training, and hosting of artistic and creative exhibitions that stimulate inspiration and innovation in a distinctive artistic atmosphere.

Today was the launch of the “In the Colors of Zafaran” art and photography exhibition, which features a selection of artworks and photographs by a group of creative artists whose works express distinctive artistic and cultural visions.

Prof. Dr. Mamdouh El-Damaty, Professor of Egyptology and General Supervisor of the Zafaran Museum, accompanied by Dr. Walaa El-Din Badawi, Director of the Museum, and with the participation of the museum's team of curators and those in charge of public relations and community outreach, announced the start of the art exhibition hosted by the Zafaran Museum in collaboration with the “Garage Art” and “Halawa Masrna” (The Sweetness of Our Egypt). The exhibition will continue until November 18 in the museum's temporary exhibition hall, where His Excellency, accompanied by all the participants and exhibitors, viewed their artistic and sculptural works, which carry cultural and artistic messages expressing Egyptian heritage and cultural and social identity. These exhibitions, especially artistic or heritage exhibitions, contribute to strengthening cultural and national identity and reinforce the role of educational museums as bridges between academic institutions and the surrounding community, enriching the artistic taste of the general public.

With the start of the opening events, Prof. Dr. Mamdouh El-Damaty delivered a speech thanking and welcoming all attendees and exhibiting artists after viewing their distinguished works of art.
