Dr. Mohammed Sobhy El Sayed El Bana
Biography
I am an associate professor in the materials science domain. I got a Master's degree in physics (Material Science) (Ain Shams University - Egypt). Also, I got a Ph.D. degree in physics (Nanotechnology field) (University of Bath - England). In addition, I worked as a Post-Doc fellowship researcher at (Debrecen University - Hungary). Moreover, I am currently working at Qassim University in Saudi Arabia. Besides, my research interests lie in three research areas. The first area is conducted with the preparation and characterization of novel semiconductor materials that can be used in solar energy applications. The second area is conducted with the preparation of new nanomaterials and the investigation of their use in different interesting applications. Finally, the third area is conducted with the preparation and investigation of innovative prototype hybrid structures of graphene-like two-dimensional materials. I do believe that this research could play an important role in exploring new physics and device applications.
