Biography
- الأستاذ الدكتور ياسر المهدي أستاذ الإدارة والقيادة التربوية بكلية التربية جامعة عين شمس، مصر، و رئيس المجموعة البحثية للإدارة والقيادة التربوية، جامعة السلطان قابوس، سلطنة عمان. - حاصل على جائزة الباحث المجيد بجامعة السلطان قابوس، عام 2021، وحاصل على المركز الأول في جائزة الشيخ فيصل بن قاسم آل ثاني (فئة الأكاديميين) من جامعة قطر ومؤسسة الفيصل بلا حدود، عام 2020. وحاصل على جائزة جامعة عين شمس للتميز في النشر الدولي خلال الأعوام من 2019-2023، وجائزة النشر العلمي بجامعة السلطان قابوس خلال الأعوام من 2018-2023، وجائزة المركز الأول كرئيس المجموعة البحثية المتميزة بجامعة السلطان قابوس، 2023م، كما حصل على جائزة معامل أرسيف ARCIF للنشر العربي للفترة من 2012 – 2022. - له عديد من الأعمال البحثية البارزة في تخصص الإدارة والقيادة التربوية والمنشورة في مجلات عالمية، وكتب مرجعية دولية، وموسوعات دولية مصنفة Scopus & Web of Science علاوة على بحوثه العربية المنشورة في المجلات الخليجية والعربية المتخصصة. - من أبرز اهتماماته البحثية، نماذج القيادة التربوية، التعلم المهني للمعلمين، إدارة وقيادة الدمج التعليمي لذوي الإعاقة، إدارة المشاريع التربوية، بحوث العمليات، اقتصاديات التعليم، قياس الأداء والكفاءة النسبية، قيادة التغيير التربوي والتحسين المدرسي، تطبيقات النمذجة بالمعادلة البنائية في الإدارة والقيادة التربوية، تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم والقيادة التربوية. - شارك في مؤتمرات دولية متخصصة في الولايات المتحدة، وانجلترا، وايرلندا، وإيطاليا، واليونان، وتركيا، وألمانيا، وجميع دول الخليج العربي (قطر، البحرين، الإمارات، السعودية، سلطنة عمان، الكويت) والأردن ومصر. - رئيس عدة مشاريع بحثية ممولة من وزارة التعليم العالي في سلطنة عمان، وجامعة السلطان قابوس، وجامعة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، والمركز العربي لدول الخليج بالكويت، وشركة الغاز الطبيعي المسال بسلطنة عُمان. - عمل مستشارا للمركز العربي للبحوث التربوية لدول الخليج في دراسة قياس الفاقد التعليمي لدى الطلبة، جامعة الإمارات 2021، وفي دراسة إدارة المشاريع التربوية، جامعة السلطان قابوس، 2020. كما عمل مستشارا لمشروع استدامة مؤسسات التعليم العالي الخاص، وزارة التعليم العالي في سلطنة عمان، 2017. - عمل محكما لترقيات الأساتذة والأساتذة المشاركين ببعض الجامعات الخليجية والأردنية، وأشرف على ما يقارب من 40 رسالة ماجستير ودكتوراه، وناقش وحكم ما يزيد عن 50 رسالة ماجستير ودكتوراه في جامعات الكويت، وجامعة السلطان قابوس، وجامعة نزوى، وجامعة ظفار، وجامعة صحار، وجامعة الشرقية، بسلطنة عمان. - يعمل حاليا عضو هيئة تحرير وتحكيم بعض المجلات الدولية المتخصصة في علوم الإدارة والقيادة التربوية في القواعد العالمية مثل: Sage, Emerald, Taylor & Francis, Springer, Wiley, Elsevier، علاوة على بعض المجلات العربية التربوية المتخصصة.
