Dr. Amr Zakaria Mohamed Abdelhamed

Biography

I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. I received my first PhD degree in Mathematics (Topology) from Ain Shams University in November 2015 and my second PhD degree in Mathematics (Mathematical Analysis) from the Institute of Mathematics, University of Debrecen, Hungary in September 2020. In August 2022, I successfully completed the Data Analysis Challenger Track from Udacity, where I gained more experience in descriptive analysis, spreadsheets, business metrics, and business modeling. I am going to join the professional track from Udacity to acquire more information and experience in this field too. I gained several scholarships and grants among them: I visited the University of Prince Edward Island, Charlottetown, Canada 3 months in 2012, and visiting student in Hungary for 5 months in 2015. I stayed in Hungary continuously from 8 October 2016 to 28 August 2021. During this long period as a researcher at the Institute of Mathematics, Universality of Debrecen, I gave several talks at international conferences and seminars, had much joint international research work with the members of the institute, taught several courses for graduate and postgraduate foreign students, and I am still in good contact with the Hungarian professors. I have excellent English language. Finally, I served as a referee in several international journals.
