I graduated from the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University, with a very good grade
with honors. I was appointed as a teaching assistant, then I was promoted in
academic positions until I reached the degree of professor in 2024. I was seconded
to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since September 2019 at the College of
Law and Economic at the Islamic University of Madinah. I have prepared a number
of scientific literature and research published in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
My research interests focused on several topics such as taxation, investment,
economic development, management and investment of state assets, arbitration and
dispute settlement, and the development of fiscal and monetary policies. I taught
many subjects at the bachelor's and postgraduate levels, whether in the field of public
law or private law, and also supervised many scientific theses in the master's and
doctoral levels inside and outside Egypt, as well as participating in committees for
discussing scientific theses. In addition to doing many administrative works inside
the university, whether in Egypt or abroad, such as managing the postgraduate
program and being the legal advisor to the vice president of the university during my
work in Saudi Arabia, as well as participating in community and student activities
within the university. I also contributed to several projects related to the application
of tax laws and the preparation of principles related to zakat and tax disputes
