Openness to world universities has become one of the important criteria by which the development of universities is measured, hence the idea of establishing the Scientific Office for International Cooperation and Conferences at the College of Nursing as an independent office specialized in strengthening and developing international relations in the scientific, cultural, research and technical fields between the College of Nursing and the universities, institutions and international scientific institutes in various nursing sciences By exchanging information, experiences and scientific consultations, faculty members exchanging and conducting joint scientific research.
Vision
Upgrading the scientific, cultural, research and technical level in the various fields of nursing sciences in the college to advanced international levels and increasing its competitiveness at the bee, regional and international levels.
Mission
Seeking to strengthen and activate the scientific, research, cultural and technical partnerships of the college with its counterpart from advanced international universities as well as with regional and international organizations, institutions and bodies under an official umbrella of agreements, alliances and memoranda signed with those countries related to the institution of higher education and scientific research to achieve the desired goals.
Goals
* Activating international agreements through cooperation with the university’s Cultural Relations Department
* Addressing embassies or cultural attaché offices to work on activating these agreements
* Communicating with regional and international organizations and bodies related to the college and coordinating with them regarding participation in its activities and preparing for conferences, seminars, workshops, meetings and exhibitions in the presence of international delegations.
* Coordinating student exchange between the college and its counterparts from international universities
* Create a database of students participating in student exchange projects abroad.
* Coordinating and following up on all procedures related to the affairs of international students in accordance with agreements concluded with other foreign universities, as well as managing and following up on the affairs programs of all students sent abroad by the college.
* Coordination between researchers, professors and faculty members at the college and their counterparts in international universities to convey the idea of scientific and research integration at home and abroad with the aim of achieving practical and applied scientific results at a high level.

Job Description for director of the Scientific Office for International Cooperation
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Review and update the office’s protocol.
2. Formation of the members of the office.
3. Designing training needs assessment forms for faculty members and supporting staff.
4. Preparing the annual training executive plan according to needs.
5. Holding periodic meetings to discuss the executive plan and distribute work to office members.
6. Participate in implementing some of the office’s courses.
7. Participate in preparing and organizing international conferences through communication with foreign universities.
8. Follow up on the implementation of the programs offered and allocated by the European Union and international organizations.
9. Follow up on faculty members’ attendance at international scientific conferences.
10. Coordination with various units and departments inside and outside the college to participate in the office’s training programs in accordance with the college’s controls and regulations.
11. Follows up on the implementation of the plan and training programs and reviews them constantly.
12. Preparing a comprehensive report on the office’s activities and submitting it to the competent authority in the college.
13. Supervising the preparation and maintenance of documents and files related to the office’s activities.
Job Description for Members of the Scientific Office for International Cooperation
Tasks and Responsibilities:

2. Contributing to the implementation of some training courses in the office.
3. Coordinating training programs emerging from the training needs of the segments benefiting from the training services provided by the office.
4. Providing the office and trainers with the supplies and tools they need through the college’s competent authority.
5. Preparing a report on each training program for which the office is responsible.
6. Preparing correspondence regarding the training program for which he is responsible.
7. Coordination between different scientific departments to attend training programs.
8. Attending meetings with the office director to discuss training and administrative affairs.
9. Contributing to the preparation of office records, documents and files.
