Strategic Objectives

Track 1:

Teaching and Learning

1- Using technology and knowledge to enhance and develop teaching, learning, and assessment to prepare distinguished, modern cadres who are competitive locally, regionally, and academically.

2- Promoting innovation and implementing new teaching, learning, and assessment strategies that meet labor market requirements, enabling graduates to compete and strengthening their loyalty and national belonging.

3- Continuously developing the college's educational programs and curricula and introducing regulations that align with standards to achieve quality education.

Track 2:

Scientific Research

1- Supporting research to improve human health and the health of people with disabilities, and studying the causes of diseases and the impact of climate change on health.

2- Linking the college's research plan to priorities and societal needs and problems.

3- Developing and enhancing the research and innovation capabilities of faculty members, support staff, and researchers to transfer knowledge management technology to increase scientific and applied research.

4- Promoting and implementing international publication rewards to encourage internationally published research.

Social Responsibility

1- Develop and enhance the college's activities in the field of community and environmental service.

2- Link academic research and educational programs to community and environmental issues, thus achieving sustainable development goals.

3- Encourage agreements and partnerships with educational, research, and community institutions to increase employment opportunities for graduates, both locally and internationally.

Local, Regional, and International Cooperation

1- Communicating with international organizations and educational and research institutions, both local, regional, and international, to enhance cooperation and exchange of expertise.

2- Attracting distinguished expertise and competencies and establishing partnerships to enhance international cooperation.

3- Providing various forms of support for international students.

Human, Material, and Financial Resources

1- Providing a suitable work environment through the development of resources and infrastructure.

2- Developing human resources with distinguished scientific and administrative competence.

3- Developing and implementing technology systems in administrative services and procedures.

4- Increasing the number of faculty members and administrative staff to meet standard rates.
