Admission and Transfer Rules to the Faculty of Ain Shams University

Enrollment procedure:

§ Students are admitted through full electronic coordination through the website of the Coordination Office on the Internet.

§ After being nominated to the faculty, the student goes to the Office of Education and Student Affairs at the faculty to ensure that his name is included in the lists received from the Coordination Office.

§ The date for the medical examination will be set and announced on the faculty’s website.

  • After that, tuition fees are paid to the college for students who fit the medical examination.

Faculty transfer procedure:

    • For new students, the transfer is done through electronic coordination.

Cancellation procedures:

    • If the student does not complete the enrollment procedures as a candidate for the college within the time period specified by the university, the college has the right to cancel the student's candidacy.
