Nursing education and continuous learning unit, established at 24/8/1999 base on the university supreme council of universities decision and Ain-shams university council decision. Achievements through raising the competence of health care providers by providing continuous training to faculty staff, nursing staff, and nurse intern.

Vision:

Providing continuous opportunities for education, training, various modernization and continuous development of human resources inside and outside the faculty, making them able to compete efficiently and effectively in order to meet the needs of society and keep pace with the various educational and training changes in the nursing and health fields.

Mission:

The Education and Continuing Training Unit at the college seeks to develop and implement mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement and training in the performance of the college’s human resources and to link them to society by meeting the training needs of individuals inside and outside the college and developing a strategy to measure performance and give continuous feedback so that the college can compete.

Unit Objective:

That the Nursing Education and Continuing Training Unit, Faculty of Nursing, Ain Shams University, be a pioneer in transferring academic expertise in the fields of health to society.
Continuous engagement in accredited educational and training programs that enable these individuals to cumulatively build the knowledge and skills they acquire according to a quality-assured mechanism that is consistent with international best practices related to the development and accreditation of courses.
