نبذه عن
I obtained a PhD in Business Administration from Manchester Business School( 2010), The University of Manchester, an MBA (2002) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree(1995) in Business Administration From Faculty of Business, Ain Shams University. I have been working at Ain Shams University, Faculty of Business for 27 years. First, I was appointed as a teaching assistant in 1996, then as an assistant lecturer In 2002, and as a lecturer since 2011. Currently I am a lecturer of Human resource Management , I also teach Entrepreneurship, Problem solving and decision making in the English section and English credit hours unit for undergraduate students. I also teach advanced topics in Human resource management, organization behavior and research methods ( in English language) for postgraduate master and PhD students. I have supervised many Master, PhD, MBA and DBA thesis. My major research areas include: higher education, human resources management, organizational behavior, intellectual capital, employer brand.
