د. عبد العزيز سعيد عبد العزيز هندى
نبذه عن
As a nursing scholar and educator, I am passionate about advancing pediatric and neonatal healthcare through research, teaching, and clinical practice. I hold a PhD in neonatal nursing from Ain Shams University I have over 10 years of experience in various roles in the nursing field, including as a neonatal ICU nurse, a clinical trainer, and an academic editor. I have published and reviewed multiple articles in prestigious journals, such as PLOS ONE, SAGE OPEN, and PSYCHOLOGY RESEARCH AND BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT, on topics such as infection control, nursing stress, and evidence-based interventions for newborn outcomes. I have also presented my work at major conferences and contributed to several committees and projects to enhance academic excellence and student development. My teaching style is engaging and practical, blending theoretical foundations with real-world perspectives from my clinical experience. I mentor and equip future nurses with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, evidence-based care. I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators to tackle complex healthcare problems and improve patient outcomes. I am responsible, creative, and highly motivated, driven by an inquisitive and analytical nature. I am always eager to learn new things, explore new challenges, and address knowledge gaps in my field. My goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of children, families, and communities through nursing research and education
